Safe affordable housing and the tools to become self-reliant. Permeant supportive housing, and other services to the homeliness population in Dallas County and Collin County. Services to prevent eviction. Provides rental and utilities assistance.
Application for rental and utility assistance will be open June 1, 2024 to June 5, 2024.
In order to received rental assistance documents that need to be provided:
Photo ID / Driver License (all members of household over the age of 18 years old)
Copy of lease 1-8 pages signed
Proof of income (two check stubs)
Benefits documents (food stamps, SSI etc.) If applicable
Late Notice & one year ledger
Financial Impact documentation (documentation on what has occurred that is causing you to need assistance)
In order to received Utility assistance documents that need to be provided:
Photo ID / Driver License
Social security card
Copy of lease 1-8 pages signedProof of income (two check stubs)
Benefits documents (food stamps, SSI etc.) If applicable
3 previous Utility Bills (current and last 2 months)
Financial Impact documentation (documentation on what has occurred that is causing you to need assistance)
