    The site will help determine if you qualify and what your particular hospital can subsidise.

    If eligible for the charity, then  client completes a 15 minute patient form.

    They prepare the application for the hospital on the site and send it to them.

    The site gives tips on how to follow up with the hospital. It states that most hospitals will review applications within 3-8 weeks.
