THE PARENTHOOD BOOK CLUB:
There are so many good books with interesting ideas about raising children. Jon the Parenthood Book Club to discover new ideas about parenting and child development. You don’t have to read the book. We’ll provide an overview and a discussion of the month’s book to give you an idea of the book’s theme and major ideas.

The Parenthood Lab:
Looking for fun activities that are fun for your kids and help build brain connections? Explore fun ideas you can see in action and then do at home. Workshop format will have ideas for art, science, math and reading skills.

Private childbirth classes:
Offer education and support to help you feel empowered in your childbirth story. This series of two, 3-hour classes is designed to teach prepared childbirth at an accelerated pace. Each class is a complete class in itself, and can be arranged to fit your schedule. Birth Partners are welcome.

Baby Care Basics:
Receive one on one support in this 2.5 hour newborn care class to learn essential skills and vital safety information for your baby’s early days, weeks, and months. Discover tips on infant feeding, soothing techniques, daily tanks, and bonding, while understanding early development and special circumstances.
Cost: $50 for a private, 2.5 hour class
The nurturing and guidance (or discipline) of children:
The primary tasks of parents. One of the most perplexing aspects of childrearing is the use of physical punishment (or spanking). The purpose of this curriculum is to review what is known about the consequences of physical punishment and how to offer parents alternative ways to discipline their children.
