RESTART - Relapse-prevention, Education, Support and Therapy for At Risk Teens. Designed for adolescents (13-17) that are struggling with substance abuse and/or co-occurring disorders.
Topics may include: relapse prevention, emotion management, coping skills, mental wellness, self-care, trauma, stress management, life skills, family dynamics, healthy relationships, self-empowerment, and conflict resolution.
We have 3 levels of treatment in our program, to offer a step-down transition. Each level requires 30 days of sobriety to complete.
IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) includes: Teen groups: A total of 6 groups per week. (Meeting 3 times a week for 2 back-to-back 90-minute groups). Weekly parent support sessions, Individual and family sessions, for 6+ weeks, until completion.
SOP (Supportive Outpatient Program) includes: Teen groups: Up to 4 groups of the above groups per week, as recommend by the Treatment Team. Parent support sessions are available, if desired; Individual and family sessions, as recommended for 6+ weeks, until completion.
Outpatient Counseling includes: This is typically an aftercare to completion of our Treatment programs above. It can include attending one night of group per week and/or Individual/family counseling with a therapist in our group practice. Parent support sessions are available, if desired.

Saturday (only for our fully virtual program)
§ Recovery Process Group 1:00 - 2:30 pm
§ Substance Abuse Group 2:30 - 4:00 pm
